- Where do you provide service?
- We provide service in all major US destinations and a select few international locales.
- How can I make a reservation?
- You may book our service through our website or by calling 650-777-9088. If your company has a corporate account with us, simply ask your travel counselor to book LS Worldwide Transportation. Our friendly customer service agents are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We look forward to hearing from you!
- Your driver was late. How do I get my free ride?
- If we have your email on file, your voucher will be automatically sent to you. If you have not received it, please contact us at guarantee@lstransportation.com
- How do I request the Prius Hybrid?
- The Toyota Prius Hybrid is only available in a few select markets. Please make your request when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- How can I get a receipt?
- Please call us or email us at receipts@lstransportation.com to request one.
- I recently got upgraded to the Mercedes Benz S Class sedan. How do I get that again?
- Our frequent travelers earn free upgrades. You may receive one in your email. If not, you may always make a request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- I used your services but was charged the wrong amount?
- Please contact our accounting department and we will make the necessary adjustments immediately at accounting@lstransportation.com.
- I have a large event coming up. How much lead time do you need?
- Typically for events requiring over 5 vehicles, we ask that you book at least 72 hours in advance. However, the more lead time you can give us the better.
- Is it possible to have a car and driver on call for several days?
- Yes, we may need to rotate the driver but you may keep a car on call as long as you need.
